Process Roles

You can assign access rights for processes via resources or the object on which they are acting. The following roles typically work with processes:

Process Administrators

Create, copy, delete, modify, and monitor or maintain processes that have been started by other users, and have the Process Manager - Access access right.

Process Creators

Create processes for objects to which they have access, and start, copy, modify, or delete processes they have created.

Process Initiators

Start processes on objects for which they have access and can also modify or address errors on processes that they have started.

Process Editors

Modify processes for objects to which they have access, but cannot create, start, copy, or delete processes.

Process Participants

Have no specific access rights to processes. Instead, they participate in an existing process by receiving and acting on action items.
