View Available Processes

On both Available Processes and Initiated Processes list, template processes copied from a project template are linked with the template process in a hierarchical structure. Processes copied from a template process are shown as indented children of the master template process.

To display the list of processes

1. Select Processes from the Data Administration menu.

   The Available Processes page appears displaying processes that are available globally and those that you created.

2. Click Initiated to view the list of process instances.

   The Initiated Processes page appears displaying a list of process instances for which you have access to view and those that you have started.
