To take a process from beginning to end, you define a series of steps. Each step can consist of multiple actions to be performed by an assignee (manual action), by the system (system action), by running a job, by executing a script, or by invoking a subprocess.
A process contains a start step (required), one or more intermediate steps, and a finish step (required).
