Enter Reprogramming Adjustments for Control Accounts

During the course of executing a contract, you may need to make reprogramming adjustments. These reprogramming decisions may result in adjustments to individual control accounts. A reprogramming adjustment is represented as budget, cost, and schedule variances within an Over Target Baseline (OTB) or Over Target Schedule (OTS). Use the fields on the Control Account: Properties - Reprogramming Adjustments page to enter the total changes for a control account. These values appear on the CPR Format 1 report, in Section 8 - Columns 12a, 12b and 13.
