Deactivate Contracts

By default, when you create a contract, the contract is active. Deactivate contracts so that they can no longer be used. Once the contract is inactive, you can delete it.

To deactivate a contract

1. Open the contract.

   The Contract: Properties page appears.

2. Clear the check box next to the Active field, and click Submit.

   The contract is inactive.
