Units of measure (UOM) define the quantities or units you can use with a cost code to charge for services and they are used to measure productivity. Examples of UOM are hours, training class, pallets, or loads. There is no limit to the number of units of measure you can define.
If no UOM is defined, units are displayed whenever a unit is required.
