The Oracle Library Editor is available only for Oracle 9i and 10g. Use the Oracle Library Editor to add or delete libraries, or edit the properties of existing libraries.

The Oracle Library Editor dialog includes the following tabs:
General Specify a database link for a library.
Comment Add or edit comments for a library.
UDP Enter user-defined property values for a library.
The following describes all of the other options available in this dialog:
A list box that contains all the available libraries in the current model.
Select New to create a new library. Opens the Create Library dialog where you can specify the name for the new library.
Select Rename to rename a library that you select from the Library list box. Opens the Rename Library <Library Name> dialog where you can assign a different name to the selected library.
Select a library from the Library list box that you want to delete, and click the Delete button.
Lets you assign a database owner to the selected library.
Select this check box if you want to generate DDL for this object during Forward Engineering. If you do not select the check box, no DDL will be generated for this object during Forward Engineering.
Select this check box if you want the library DDL that is generated during Forward Engineering to replace any occurrence of an identically-named library. If this check box is not selected, the library DDL generated will only attempt to create the object and will not attempt to replace it.
Starts the Complete Compare task so you can synchronize the physical objects defined in your model with the information stored on the server.
