Display Report Results as Popups

You can format your report results so that some rows only appear when you right-click a column in the result set. This option is useful if you want quick reference to a report element, but don't want the element to display in the actual report.

To display report results as popups

1. Click Data Browser on the Standard toolbar.

   The Data Browser opens.

2. Double-click on a report.

   The result set displays.

3. Click Report format options.

   The Report Format dialog opens.

4. Click the Column Options tab and select Popup from the Option list.
5. Select the report elements you want to appear in the popup list. Items that you already selected as report elements appear with shaded text in the check box. Click the check box twice to select it.
6. Click OK.

   The selections are applied to your current report.

Note: You cannot select all report elements to appear in the popup list. At least one report element must be selected as Visible.
