Define the Pre & Post Scripts SQL Code

You can use the Code tab in the Pre & Post Scripts dialog to display the SQL code for the selected script. You can change the script code.

To define the Pre & Post scripts SQL code

1. Click Pre & Post Scripts, Model-Level or Table-Level on the Database menu.

   The Pre & Post Scripts dialog opens.

2. Click the Code tab.

   The code for the selected script is displayed.

3. Click Macro Toolbox.

   The Macro Toolbox opens.

4. You can select a macro to add to the script. You can complete the fields on the General and Expanded tabs and then optionally select the Comment or UDP tab to add a comment or user defined property. Click OK.

   Your changes are saved and the Pre & Post Scripts dialog closes.

   Note: Click Cancel to close the dialog without saving your changes.
