The following describes the options for the Constraint tab in the Column Editor dialog:
This check box is selected by default, which means that any constraints will be inherited. To remove inherited constraints and prohibit further constraint inheritance, either add a new constraint, override an existing one, or clear the check box.
Edit the validation constraints within the table by clicking on the
button that appears in both the Edit and State columns:
When you click on the
button in the Edit column, it opens the Validation Rules Editor.
When you click on the
button in the State column, it opens the Oracle Constraint State dialog.

When you edit default values, you have available the following options:

button to open the Default/Initial Values dialog.
