This method returns a map of exceptions with the following details:

• ExceptionName
• ExceptionStatus
• ContractPartyName
• ContractName (ContractPartyName)
• ServiceName
• DomainName (requried ServiceName)
• ExceptionEffectiveFrom
• ExceptionEffectiveTo
