AddEventTypeByMap

Description

This method adds a new event type and returns the new event type ID.

AddEventTypeByMap (EventTypeDetails)

Map of event type details, as returned from GetEventTypeDetails.

The Adapters and ResourceTypes entries can be null, string, or map.
