Reason:
EXAMMON policy management processing was able to open the POLICY file, but a BLDL or FIND request for the nnnnnnnn member failed.
Action:
Examine the POLICY file and determine why the missing member could not be found. The EXAMMON address space will attempt the request at expiration of the appropriate interval as defined by policy currently in effect.
