Reason:
During EXAMMON policy management initialization, the policy manager subtask was able to determine that the POLICY file was defined, but that it did not contain the required POLTJS member. Policy Management will attempt to locate the member at the next interval.
Action:
Supply a valid POLTJS member in the POLICY file.
