Reason:
An attempt to start the EXAMMON address space has failed because the LTDAUTH program is not authorized.
Action:
APF-authorize the library containing the LTDAUTH program, or use the LTDPCOPY sample job to copy the necessary modules into an existing APF-authorized library. Once complete, restart the EXAMMON address space.
