File Freezer Delete

The File Freezer Delete option lets you remove information you no longer need from the freezer database.

To delete a file from the freezer

  1. From the Primary menu, select option 6.

    The File Information Menu is displayed.

  2. Select option 6.

    The File Freezer screen is displayed

  3. Select option 3.

    The File Freezer Delete screen is displayed.

  4. Select the file to be deleted.

    The Files To Delete From Freezer screen is displayed.

  5. Press Enter.

    The file is deleted the information from the database.
