Column Sorting

You can sort the display in the order that you require. For most columns, you can sort in ascending or descending order. For columns that contain numbers, sorting in ascending order arranges data from zero to the largest number included on the display. For columns that contain alphabetic information, sorting in ascending order arranges information from A to Z. In the same way, CA Auditor sorts columns in descending order from the largest number to the smallest in numeric columns and from Z to A in alphabetic columns.
