Verify the Installation

Check the listing the installation program produced to ensure that the program ran successfully:

• Ensure that the step completion code is COND CODE 0000. This indicates that the installation process completed without error.

  COND CODE 0004 indicates that CA Auditor installed successfully but an exceptional condition was noted as an installation program message

• Verify that the installation program control statements contain the parameter values that you intended
• If CA Panvalet is not installed, you may see a warning message (IEW0461) for unresolved external references for POPEN, PCLOSE, PSRCH, and PREAD. This message does not indicate an error.
