Approve or Reject Requirement Drafts

After the requirement owner submits an approval request, the product owner receives an email indicating that a requirement needs approval. The email contains a URL link for the approval request.

The product owner reviews the request and either approves or rejects the requirement draft.

Follow these steps:

  1. Click the link in the email and open the detail page for the requirement. Or, open the Requirements list page from the Product Vision Detailed Planning menu.
  2. Scroll to the Approval Requests section and select the requirement.

    The Requirement Approval page appears.

  3. Click Approve or Reject.

    The status of the requirement updates depending upon whether you approve or reject the requirement. If you approve it, the requirement has a status of Approved and a new version is created.
