Add a Member to a Team

You add members to a team from the Product Details page.

Follow these steps:

  1. Display the product list page, then select the product and click View.

    The Product Details page appears.

  2. In the Teams section, click the name of the team to display the Team Detail page.
  3. In the Team Members section, click New Scrum Team Member.

    The Team Member Edit page appears.

  4. Complete the following fields:
  5. Edit the appropriate fields. The following fields need explanation.
    Member Name

    Specifies the user you want to add to the scrum team. The user names in the list are Salesforce.com users that have already been added as users.

    Allocation (%)

    Specifies the percentage of time the member will be allocated to this team or product. If no value is specified, the team member is not considered in the team allocation charts.

    Default: 0%
