Create a Role

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Administration menu and select Roles from the Organization menu.

    The roles list page appears.

  2. Click New Role.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    Role

    Specifies the name of the role.

    Role ID

    Specifies a unique alphanumeric identifier for the role.

  4. Do one of the following:
