- Deploy and configure CA Service Desk Manager.
- Configure the connection to CA Service Desk Manager from CA Access Control Enterprise Management.
- Use CA Service Desk Manager to open a service desk ticket requesting access to a privileged account.
- Approve the service desk request using CA Service Desk Manager.
- Create a privileged account request in CA Access Control Enterprise Management and provide the CA Service Desk Manager ticket number.
- Approve or deny the privileged account request.
