Purge Media Options

Arcserve Backup provides several types of advanced purge options. They are:

• Operation--Specify some general options for the job such as whether or not to remove directories.
• Pre/Post options--Run commands or batch files before the job runs and/or after it finishes.
• Log--Allow you to determine the level of detail you want recorded into the Job Queue Log.
• Alert--Send messages about events in your operation.
