Error AE0830

Failed to initialize the Arcserve UDP/D2D Backup Destination Information.

Currently, this error occurs due to the following three reasons:

Reason: 1:

The backup destination is not configured in the Arcserve UDP plan/D2D policy or the Arcserve UDP/D2D node backup setting.

Action: 1:

Verify that the Arcserve UDP plan/D2D policy or Arcserve UDP/D2D node backup setting is configured.

Reason: 2:

The Arcserve UDP/D2D destination path or file does not exist or the backup destination machine is not working.

Action: 2:

Verify that the path physically exists and the backup destination machine is up and running.

Reason: 3:

The RPS/D2D web service is not working.

Action: 3:

Verify that the RPS/D2D server and the Arcserve UDP/D2D services are up and running.
