VMware does not provide used block bitmaps for the disk.
For Hyper-V Virtual Machines:
Backing up used block data for a hyper-V virtual machine is not supported for a fixed virtual disk.
Action:
Reset changed block tracking. For information about how to reset changed block tracking, see the following VMware Knowledge Base article: http://kb.vmware.com/kb/1020128.
Note: The agent resets changed block tracking (CBT) automatically only if the virtual machine does not contain preexisting snapshots. This feature is available when the Agent for Virtual Machines r16.5 Update 2 or later is installed and running on the virtual machines that you are protecting.
