CA Remote Procedure Call Server Engine

This engine is the equivalent of the portmapper/rpcbind engine available on UNIX systems. Some CA ARCserve Backup components use this as the base service for registration and remote connection with other services. If this service is not running, CA ARCserve Backup is disabled.
