ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

Reason:

The Oracle TNS file is not available in the following default location:

$ORACLE_HOME/network/admin

Action:

If the Oracle TNS file is not available in the default location:

1. Add the following in the Oracle section of the agent.cfg file:

   TNS_ADMIN=<right file directory>
   

2. Run the caagent update command.
