Licensing

You can install and verify the license for the CA ARCserve Backup Agent for Lotus Domino on the CA ARCserve Backup primary server or a stand-alone server. When you upgrade the agent to this version from any version prior to r15, you must enter both the current version upgrade key and the old license key for the agent on the primary server, or the stand-alone server. If you are not upgrading from a version prior to r15, you will only need to enter the current version upgrade key.

If you are using an older version of the agent, then CA ARCserve Backup checks for the license on the computer where you have installed the agent. For more information about licensing, see the Implementation Guide.
