Cannot find the Backup Agent home subdirectory \TAPEINFO from the CA ARCserve Backup Restore Manager Tree View.

Reason:

Your last backup job did not back up the agent home subdirectory \TAPEINFO. Tree View only shows the latest backup objects.

Action:

To restore Informix-related physical files (such as critical boot files, and XBSATAPE.TBL) use the CA ARCserve Backup Restore Manager Session View.
