Select a CA ARCserve Backup Server

Select the CA ARCserve Backup Server to which you wish to distribute the IP Subnet/Windows Domain tables.

Note: For security purposes, if necessary, Discovery Configuration will ask you to provide appropriate credentials to log in to a remote machine.

To select a server:

1. Enter in the name of the server into the list box. As you enter the name, the server name closest to the name entered appears. Or, select the server from the list of available servers. Once selected, log in to the server.

   You may choose to view the server properties of the selected server.

2. If you wish, click the Set as Default Server check box to use this as your default server.
3. When your selection is complete, click OK.

   The Security Login dialog appears, prompting you to log in as the Administrator of the selected server.
