Perform Location Maintenance on Media Pools

To perform location maintenance, use the following steps:

1. From the Media menu, select Location Maintenance.

   The Location Maintenance dialog box appears. The upper scroll box displays the list of existing locations. The lower scroll box displays a list of media.

   • To enter information about a new location, click New. A dialog box appears, enabling you to enter information about the location.
   • To modify information about an existing location, click Modify. A dialog box appears, enabling you to modify information about the location.
   • To assign media to a location, highlight the media, highlight the location, and then click Assign.
2. When you've finished, click OK.

   Revised information about media location is stored.
