Reason:

The Sybase browser failed to locate the Agent for Sybase home directory.

Action:

Run the sybsetup script and provide proper parameters.

• ARCserve.log

  Note: The ARCserve.log is not generated automatically. To create the ARCserve.log, you need to run the following script: “ca_log –view Activity.log > ARCserve.log” to dump the contents of the Activity.log into this newly-created ARCserve.log file.
