Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB
Reason:
The Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB could not successfully connect to the DB2 database.
Action:
For more information, consult the option log file (BABDB2AGT_HOME/logs/casdb2agtd.log). Using a proper DB2 UDB administration tool, verify if you can connect to the database using the same user name and password.
If necessary, you can enable the option's debugging mode and resubmit the job. You will have access to more information in the option log file. See the CA ARCserve Backup Enterprise Option for DB2 UDB guide for more information on how to enable the option's debugging mode.
