Alert is a notification system that is used as a common component to send messages from eTrust Antivirus and other CA products to persons in your organization, using different methods of communication. These messages (status, warning, and errors) can be sent to the system administrator, a hardware technician, or anyone else, in or out of the office. An individual or groups of persons in different segments of the network can be notified.
