Hardware Shadow Copy error: Failed to login to Backup History database. Check the security information.

Reason:
The CA ARCserve Backup database may not be running, or the security information may be incorrect.
Action:
- Check the authentication under which all the CA ARCserve Backup services are set to run on the backup server.
- Verify that all the CA ARCserve Backup services are running on the backup server.
- If using Microsoft SQL Server for the CA ARCserve Backup database, run the Backup Server Admin utility, select “MS SQL User Account” from the “Admin” menu, and update the information in the dialog.
- Verify the connection to the CA ARCserve Backup database; if you are using SQL Server as a CA ARCserve Backup database, and verify settings for the System DSN “ASNT” in the Windows ODBC Data Source Administrator.
