Reason:
The specified tablespace cannot be put in online mode. The datafiles might need to be recovered, or they might be damaged.
Action:
Verify the status of the tablespace in sqlplus or svrmgrl and perform recovery if necessary. In addition, verify the job's status in the agent log file, located in the agent home directory.
