Reason:

The specified datafile cannot be put in online mode. The file might need to be recovered, or it might be damaged.

Action:

Verify the status of the file in sqlplus or svrmgrl and perform recovery, if necessary. In addition, verify the job's status in the agent log file, located in the agent home directory.
