Circular logging is enabled, change the backup type from incremental or differential to full or copy backup.

Reason:

1. For Exchange Server 2003 or 2007, the storage group cannot perform incremental or differential backups when circular logging is enabled. As aresult, the agent converts and processes these types of backups as a full backup or a copy backup.

2. For Exchange Server 2010, the mailbox database or public folder database cannot perform incremental or differential backups when circular logging is enabled. As a result, the agent converts and processes these types of backups as a full backup or a copy backup.
