Reason:
This message indicates that an Exchange document item was skipped since it failed to be restored.
Action:
1. Make sure the Exchange server service runs properly.
2. Make sure the Exchange mailbox database is mounted.
3. Make sure the mailbox wasn't moved across the database after backup.
