Reason:

This message indicates that the agent was instructed to stop the job. This can happen for any of the following reasons:

• The user stopped the job
• The cluster manager notified the agent that it must stop the job
• An internal CA ARCserve Backup error occurred

Action:

To address this error message, perform the following:

• If the agent is installed on a cluster virtual server, check for a cluster failover during the job. If the cluster failed over, run the job again.
• Ensure that the CA ARCserve Universal Agent was not stopped or restarted during the job. If the agent was stopped or restarted, restart the agent and resubmit the job.
