The VMware converter is less than version 3.0.2. For more information, see ca_vcbpopulatedb.log available in the Log folder under the Client Agent installation directory.

Reason:

The VMware Converter version installed on the client agent proxy machine is less than 3.0.2.

Action:

Install VMware Converter version 3.0.2 or later.
