Failed to locate the VMware converter installation path. For more information, see ca_vcbpopulatedb.log available in the Log folder under the Client Agent installation directory.

Reason:

• The VMware Converter registry key name value pair is not found inside the registry key:

  HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\\{VMware Converter GUID}
  

• The standalone VMware converter is not installed on the proxy machine.

Action:

• Install or reinstall VMware Converter version 3.0.2 or later.
• Install the standalone VMware converter on the proxy machine
