Reason:
- The Universal Agent service on the VM may have stopped.
- The Virtual Machine is powered off or unavailable.
- The IP address of the VM may has been changed since the last CA ARCserve Backup database update.
Action:
- Specify the CA ARCserve Backup server using the Agent Admin and restart the Universal Agent service.
- Ensure the Virtual Machine is powered on and restart the CA Universal Agent service.
