CA ARCserve Backup failed to obtain exclusive access to the physical disk/volume. Without exclusive access it cannot provide a consistent image of the backup/restore. It is possible that the physical device is in use by some user or system application.
Action:
Verify that there is no activity on the physical disk/volume for performing a raw backup/restore.
