Reason:

This message is sent to the server when a job is being cancelled.

• The Universal Agent service is either being stopped or has been stopped.
• The job was cancelled by the user.
• For backup jobs, the files already backed up can be successfully restored.
• For restore jobs, if the cancellation occurs in the middle of a file restore, the file image on disk becomes corrupted.

Action:

Run the cancelled/incomplete jobs again.

Check the Agent logs for further information.
