Failed to connect to the client agent. CA ARCserve Backup will try to connect to the agent through TCP protocol again.

Action:

  1. Check the network status between the agent and the CA ARCserve Backup server.
  2. Verify that the client agent has been installed on that machine.
  3. Verify that the CA ARCserve Backup Universal Agent is running on that machine.
