Reason:

Depending on the security mechanism on the library, this error message can indicate one of the following conditions:

• The door is not locked or was once unlocked.
• The door locking password is not set.
• Media has been removed or introduced unexpectedly.

Action:

Clear any obstructions from the library door and close the door. Read the hardware manual for information about the security mechanism on the library. If the problem persists, call the library supplier help line.
