Reason:
CA ARCserve Backup was unable to update the multiplexing metadata for the backup session indicated in the message. The update might have failed because the system is low on memory or due to an internal CA ARCserve Backup error.
Action:
If the system is low on memory, close unnecessary programs for the duration of the backup. Ensure that the Activity Log and Tape log are available.
