Reason:
The backup or restore job failed because the daemon that enables CA ARCserve Backup to back up and restore from media could not be created. This can happen because the server is low on system resources, possibly because other applications are consuming too much memory, processing power, and so on.
Action:
Decrease the load on the server. Use the Windows Task Manager or another tool to determine which processes are using too much memory and check for any applications that are leaking memory. Ensure that the Tape log is available.
