Cannot initialize the MMO Database. (EC = error code)

Reason:

Failed to initialize the MMO Database. If the MMO status is locked, MMO does not allow you to initialize the MMO Database.

Action:

• Use the command line utility ("ca_mmo -reset") to unlock the MMO status.
• Check the error code.
